I tend to move every year. That's because I get restless and I haven't found a place I love 100%, so I always think there are better places. This time, I'm going to look until I find a place I really, really, really, love. Good thing I'm starting early.
I don't plan to move from this place for at least 2 years... so I'm hoping I'll find some place that I can really settle down in for at least 600days. haha. However, what I'm mostly concerned about is the neighbors. How much they remodel, how clean they are, what their hygiene habits are -- really affect the complex. In the past several years, I've lived in both good and bad places. It's really about the people.
